Rodolfo (Rudy) is the founder and president of Pathway Services, Inc. a company dedicated to serve government transportation agencies in the field of pavement and road asset management. His company collects and reports automated road condition data required to maximize the use of available resources and extend the useful life of the important transportation assets—our roads.
The company has now grown to provide their services to more than half the state transportation agencies in the United States as well as in other countries.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Production Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University.
Rudy and his wife, Lavonne have been married for thirty-six years, and have seven children.
